When we met at the Culinary Institute of America, we were young, adventure-loving free spirits with a passion for great food, live music, and the great outdoors. After cooking professionally in Europe we ended up in the last best place: Montana, USA! Our origins are deeply rooted in adventure and exploring, whether that be in our own backyard or on cocoa farms in Brazil. From working in Michelin-rated European restaurants to infusing old-world flavors into fine chocolate truffles in Missoula, MT, we have been in pursuit of the best of what life offers to those who seek it. - Chefs Jason & Ana

As a chocoholic I’ve had many many different types of chocolate. Poche chocolates are by far the best I’ve ever eaten. I was first gifted them by a friend from Montana and now have been ordering to give us gifts to friends and a satisfying, my sweet tooth. You can’t go wrong with it.
Such delicious chocolate! (That doesn't have a bunch of unnecessary extra additives). Shipped well and didn't melt in the Texas heat! Would highly recommend if you want quality chocolate

We tried these bars couple of years ago when visiting Missoula, MT. So glad we discovered them while in town. They have a wonderful dark chocolate and coffee bean flavor. We continue to keep some in stock here at home. Wonderful!

Sweet baby Jesus, these caramels have just the right amount of sweet salty tang. I’m not easily moved by caramels but this shifted the game for me. Wowza… please don’t change this recipe EVER!!!
