We teamed up with our good friends at Montgomery Distillery here in Missoula to create this LIMITED RELEASE craft bar. Using fresh oak barrels from Montgomery Sudden Wisdom Rye Whiskey, we aged single origin Ecuadorian cacao for six months, the results are a wonderfully robust 80% dark chocolate with whiskey notes, toasted oak and subtle sweetness. Perfect to enjoy with a drink or two and wonderful by itself.
