When we met at the Culinary Institute of America, we were young, adventure-loving free spirits with a passion for great food, live music, and the great outdoors. After cooking professionally in Europe we ended up in the last best place: Montana, USA! Our origins are deeply rooted in adventure and exploring, whether that be in our own backyard or on cocoa farms in Brazil.
