For the first edition of our “Posh Unwrapped” series, we’re excited to dive into our handmade, hand-painted Easter Eggs.
Spring is almost here and with it comes our favorite, Posh Chocolat Easter Eggs! Not your average Easter egg, our special take on the classic, holiday chocolate eggs are sure to impress children, adults, and all chocolate lovers alike.
As is our tradition, we embrace the labor of love that is our handmade and hand-painted Easter eggs. However, this year we've changed it up, filling our eggs with delicious, handmade, chocolate marshmallows.
Making fine chocolate is our passion and creating these giant Easter eggs each year is a highlight for us. We enjoy the process because we want you to experience the delight of cracking them open! Each egg comes with a mini, wooden hammer to make it easier to break and enjoy!
The first week of March each year we gather our eggshell molds, melt-down our cocoa butter, and begin experimenting with the color palates to design the theme for our giant Easter eggs.
This year is full of fun, bright colors including festive pink, robin’s egg blue, green like spring sprouts, and the classic Posh orange tones that are reminiscent of a ripe cocoa pod. Each egg is hand-painted and brushed to create a chocolate shell that is then filled with house-made chocolate marshmallows.

A quick note for previous customers:
Some of you may have experienced late arrivals or broken Easter eggs last year. Unfortunately, our most delicate creation was shipping during the height of the US Postal Service delivery issues. This year we have worked to solve this problem by filling each egg with our house-made, handcrafted marshmallows and by upgrading our packaging. Our goal is for you to get your eggs on time and intact! To guarantee on-time delivery, please order early. They will be available starting March 22nd and, as always, are hand-made in limited quantity.
