All sales are final unless an error occurred on behalf of Posh Chocolat.
If there’s an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, we will happily work with you to find a solution so please contact Posh Chocolat within (7) days after receiving your order.

Posh chocolate currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of $75+. Free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout when requirement is met. For orders under $75, a flat rate shipping charge of $13 will apply at checkout.
Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using the following carriers: USPS, UPS. Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm MST. We don't process or ship orders over the weekend.
Please use the provided tracking number to receive your packages in a timely manner, or arrange for someone to do so for you to preserve the quality of your product.
Note: During busy holiday seasons or warm weather months, order processing time may be longer, and we may not be able to accommodate special order requests. We thank you for your understanding.
Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returned products. However, if you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, we will happily work with you to find a solution so please contact Posh Chocolat within (7) days after receiving your order.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please email email@example.com with photo documentation, your order number and a brief explanation on your situation to initiate a refund request.
We will notify you once we’ve received your email, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
We live in an unpredictable world, and this is why we make sure to send tracking info for your order and request that you are home to receive your goodies, as external factors such as theft or weather are unfortunate possibilities. If an issue occurs, feel free to reach out to us, but we cannot guarantee a full refund for damage or theft that occurs after delivery - please take care to receive your packages in a timely manner, or arrange for someone to do so for you!
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds on sale items or gift cards. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
