The holidays are always a special time for Posh Chocolat and Valentine’s Day is no exception. This year’s special selections will include unique flavors such as champagne and rose petal truffles in addition to the over 20 handcrafted tried and tested recipes. However, be warned: Jason and Ana’s confections are so popular that, in spite of their efforts to fully stock the shelves, Posh Chocolat historically sells out by the time Valentine’s Day arrives. So get your order in early— you don’t want to be stuck professing your love with a box of Whitman Samplers! You can see and taste the love that goes into every one of Posh Chocolat’s sumptuous artisanal truffles, confections, and epicurean desserts. After all, it was Ana and Jason Willenbrock’s love of the culinary arts that lead them to abandon their corporate careers and enroll at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in upstate New York. Then Jason’s love of western Montana’s beauty and culture inspired him to complete his externship as the executive chef at the Bitterroot Valley’s Triple Creek Ranch. And finally, it was the Willenbrocks’ love for each other that convinced Ana to move from Spain to Montana to marry Jason, combine their culinary talents, and pursue the dream of owning their own business where they have become two of the Northwest’s most celebrated chocolatiers.
