We teamed up with our good friends at Montgomery Distillery here in Missoula to create this LIMITED RELEASE craft bar. Using fresh oak barrels from Montgomery Sudden Wisdom Rye Whiskey, we aged single origin Ecuadorian cacao for six months, the results are a wonderful 45% milk chocolate with whiskey notes, toasted oak and perfect sweetness. Perfect to enjoy with a drink or two and wonderful by itself.
